1 General Terms & Conditions

558 (558.plus) is an online betting and gaming platform serving bettors in Bangladesh and South Asia. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 558 and its members.

2 Account Registration and Membership

Opening an account with 558 is completely free. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. 558 reserves the right to terminate any account found to contain false or misleading information.

• An active and valid mobile number
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)

Only one account may be registered per mobile number or email address. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be closed and all funds may be forfeited.

3 Age Verification & Identity Confirmation (KYC)

Age verification is mandatory to use betting services on 558. After registration, 558 may request any of the following documents to verify your identity:

• National ID Card (NID) — photos of both sides
• First page and photo page of passport
• Driving licence (government-issued and not expired)
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Additional verification may be required for high-value transactions. The verification process is generally completed within 24–48 business hours.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All deposits and withdrawals on 558 can be made via Bangladesh's major mobile banking services. Every transaction is processed through fully encrypted, secure channels.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 1,000
• Withdrawal processing generally takes between 1–24 business hours.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on 558. 558 reserves the right to void bets or withhold winnings for any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

General Bonus Terms:

• The wagering completion deadline is counted from the date the bonus is received.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account termination.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 558. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus or promotion benefits.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to 558 systems through hacking, phishing, or any other means.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account or identity fraud.
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing or sports manipulation.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or incorrect odds.
• Placing bets on behalf of a minor or using a minor's account.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

558 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• False information is found during KYC verification.
• If suspicious or abnormal betting patterns are detected.
• If the member is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Under legal obligation or by directive of a regulatory authority.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any valid funds in the account will be refunded; however, unused bonuses will be forfeited.
